License
The operator grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Software for lawful file sharing, subject to this agreement and the Terms and Conditions.
Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Software except where applicable law gives you a right that cannot be restricted. You may not interfere with the service, bypass its access controls, or use it to violate another person's rights.
Your content
You retain your rights in files you upload. You give the operator and its configured service providers permission to store, process, transmit, and display those files only as needed to provide, secure, and maintain the transfer service. You confirm that you have the rights needed to grant that permission.
Third-party components
The Software may include or rely on open source and third-party components. Those components remain subject to their own license terms where applicable.
Updates and termination
The operator may change or discontinue the Software. This license ends when you stop using the service or when access is revoked. Sections about restrictions, content permissions needed to complete transfers, and liability continue where their purpose requires it.
Warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Software is provided without warranties and the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing in this agreement limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
