Using the service
You may use Quick Share only when you can legally do so. You are responsible for the files and information you upload, the recipients you choose, and the links and passwords you distribute.
Your files and permissions
You must own or have permission to upload and share each file. Do not use Quick Share to distribute unlawful, infringing, harmful, deceptive, or malicious material, or to violate another person's privacy or rights.
Access and security
Transfer links are bearer links: anyone who obtains a link may try to access its files. Use a password for an additional access check and send the password separately. You are responsible for keeping links and passwords secure.
Expiry and removal
Transfers are available until their expiry time and may be removed earlier by the sender or service operator. Expired or deleted files may not be recoverable. The operator may remove content or restrict access when needed to operate the service or address abuse.
Availability and limits
The service may be updated, limited, interrupted, or discontinued. Upload size, file count, available expiry choices, and other limits may change as the service is maintained.
Third-party services
Quick Share may rely on storage, database, network, and email providers. Their systems may have separate terms and privacy practices. Email delivery depends on the deployment's mail configuration.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator makes no guarantee that a transfer will always be uninterrupted or recoverable and is not responsible for losses resulting from a user's sharing choices, recipient access, or expired files.
